YOKI Terms & Conditions
General Conditions of Sale
1. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
2. Orders can only be accepted from UK Mainland customers.
3. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to refuse to supply goods you order.
4. By clicking the ‘Proceed to Protx Secure Payment Server’ button after selecting confirming your order you are offering to buy the goods at the price stated subject to our terms and conditions.
Payment
1. Payment is accepted by Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo, Delta, or Visa Debit, and must be received prior to delivery of goods.
2. All products remain the property of F1 Help Ltd t/a YOKI until payment has been received in full.
3. All prices exclude VAT, YOKI reserves the right to change prices. All goods are subject to availability. If we do not supply the goods we will refund any money already paid. We will not be liable for compensation or damages if we do not supply the goods.
4. The price for the goods will be stipulated at the time when you place your order. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our suppliers’ price or if due to an error or emission the price published for the goods on our web site is incorrect. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the option to cancel your order.
5. All transactions on the website are processed in UK pounds sterling.
Delivery
1. Claims for damage or non-functionality must be made to Oki Customer Services (01753 819 800) within 3 working days of receipt of the goods.
2. Claims for mis-shipping must be made to YOKI within 3 working days.
3. You will be responsible for the goods once delivery is made, or delayed by you at delivery.
4. Items in stock will normally be dispatched for next business day delivery, and will be to a maximum of 7 days, if after 7 days we still have not dispatched your order you will have the option to cancel your order.
5. *The above terms do not apply to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, and the Scottish Isles, although we will contact you if there is an additional delivery charge.
6. Free next business day delivery is available on all orders where the value of the order excluding VAT is £125.00 or above, UK Mainland only. All other UK Mainland only orders will be subject to a £6.50 + VAT delivery charge.
Installation
1. If you require this service then please tick 'I require installation service' on the 'Confirmation' page of the order process.
2. The cost of this service is £75 per hour and is available to locations within the UK mainland only
3. We reserve the right to change the price without prior notice and reserve the right to withhold this service at any time.
Suitability of Goods
1. We do not warrant the suitability of goods for a particular purpose, and you should check specifications and suitability with manufacturers before ordering.
2. Goods are not sold on a trial basis.
3. As a result of continuing product development the specification or design of goods may vary.
Returns / Faulty Goods
1. All faulty goods must be reported to Oki Systems by calling 01753 819 800, who will then either replace the goods or carry out repair under the terms of your warranty.
2. Where the regulations apply the consumer now has a "cooling off period" of 7 working days from receipt of the goods within which to cancel the contract and return the goods without penalty and for any reason. If the consumer has paid any money before exercising the right to cancel , a full refund has to be made as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days. The calculation of a working day exclusing weekends and public holidays.
3. The return of goods is entirely at our discretion.
4. Any goods returned to us without prior authorisation or which are not in the condition set out above will be rejected and returned to you at your cost.
Government / Education Accounts
1. In order to take advantage of the special payment terms for Government/Education organisations, proof must be provided which can be validated to confirm the authenticity of the claim.
2. YOKI reserves the right to refuse or withdraw these payment terms at any time.
Price Promise
1. The competitor must have the identical printer in stock and immediately available.
2. A competitor’s printer price must include any delivery charges.
3. The price promise does not apply to special order items, special offers, cash-backs, display models, clearance sales, refurbished printers, exclusive or limited quantity items.
4. YOKI will not include additional free gifts to match a competitor’s offer.
5. Offer only applies to brand new printers, originating from the UK.
6. Should a competitor’s price be a loss leader, or quoted by a competitor with the sole purpose of challenging the price promise (i.e. is being quoted at an un-commercial rate) then we reserve the right to refuse to beat the price.
7. okiME requires proof of any competitor’s prices before we beat a competitor’s price.
General
If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be excluded and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the reaming terms and conditions. Any disputes not resolved by the normal complaints procedure will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England & Wales under English Law. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice to you.
